BEL , a Navratna PSU under Ministry of Defense :-

1)shortlists candidates on CGPA or Percentage basis.Shortlisting is done category wise GEN/OBC/SC/ST.

2)conducts written examination consisting of 60 questions 50 technical and 10 aptitude.

3)finally interview.



Written exam consisted of questions from software engg(like various testing techniques and models),C/C++(mainly pointers),networking and OS,DS. Level of question was moderate.



interview part consisted of :-

1)finding out the output of some C programs 

2)Questions from Major Project

3)Networking,OS

4)SDLC , COCOMO model.

5)Little bit about HR



Remark: There is an service agreement of Rs. 3 Lacs only for three years.
